Phishing Campaigns
Plan phishing simulation campaigns, set goals and measure how staff recognize and report suspicious messages.
A phishing campaign is a planned simulation that sends realistic but harmless messages to your own staff to learn how many recognize them, how many report them and how quickly. It measures behaviour, not knowledge, and it works best when it is treated as practice rather than a test to be failed.
It matters because phishing remains one of the most common ways attackers get their first foothold, and the report rate is the number that changes outcomes: an incident reported in minutes is contained; one reported in days is a breach. A campaign also shows whether your training is landing and where a follow-up conversation would help most.
Start with a clear goal and a plain scenario, tell leadership what you are doing and why, and make sure the reporting path is easy before the first message goes out. Measure clicks and reports, share results without naming individuals, and coach rather than punish. Joe can help you plan scenarios and write the follow-up; your people and your culture decide the result.
