AI services
Joe’s conversations run on your organization’s own AI provider account: OpenAI, Google Gemini Live or Amazon Nova 2 Sonic. An admin chooses the provider and enters that account’s credentials in Settings; they are checked with the provider, kept in a dedicated encrypted secret, and used only to answer your organization’s conversations, so the provider bills you directly for what you use. Every provider carries voice as one speech-to-speech stream.

An organization can start with the evaluation or subscribe to the Basic plan. Enterprise services are provided by Cocoon CS. Sign in with your email address or your identity provider to get started.
